Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, still no luck I'm afriad. The braille display won't turn back on and continues to say "the braille display is not operating" when I try turning it on. Anoy other suggestions are, of course, welcomed and would be greatly appreciated. When prompted "Erase file from which drive?" select flash disk. When it asks "Erase file from which folder?" select dictionaries. Erase the file keysoft.ksd Then immediately do a standard reset.
