Hi, According to user tests, the components themselves draws less power. The only and possible exception is the braille display, which uses majority of power when active. As of 9.02, the full potentials of power saving modes has not been tapped yet. But examination of bootloader code indicate that it is possible to bring out this potential later (you may be wondering how I've obtained the bootloader code - something as simple as renaming some file extensions).
