Hi, yes, the clock can retain time for up to 30 days. I assume this means that the bn can be used with no battery during that time, am I correct? Secondly, when you inserted the batery, did you hear the reset beep that indicated a reset? Check that the battery is inserted all the way.

Dear all.

I placed a replacement battery on my braille note. But apparently braillenote apex does not recognize it. When I check battery status it shows "battery removed on AC adaptor" This happens even when ac adaptor is not plugged in. Does braillenote apex stores energy to use when there is no battery or power? Is there something that I should do to ensure I get the correct battery information?
