Hi Alex, there is a way to read emails by conversation. You can do a find
command and serch by subject and search for all emails with the same subject
line. Once you have read these and either deleted them or moved to another
folder then go back into your inbox and continue with the messages. If you
don't wish to move the message out of the inbox then just exit back to the
folder list and go back into the inbox and keep reading or searching. I have
done this quite a few times with different subject lines or I have search by
name of person it has come from and I haven't had any issues with it.

|I agree with those who say keymail is prone to errors and odd
| behavior. Personally, I avoid it except to send the occasional email,
| and use instead my pc or iPod (I am also a gmail user).
|
| I believe there are ways of importing your Outlook address list, and
| googling it should bring up the gmail help pages on the topic.
|
| As to hw's interest, I'll just say this: the crashes, data loss, and
| other bugs have been going on for at least four years, possibly more,
| and are still not fixed. In fact, hw has never even acknowledged them
| or warned its users that their entire email database could suddenly be
| corrupted for no reason at all and all the emails it contains lost. If
| you have a backup, fine, but what happens when you backed up a corrupt
| copy without realizing it? They have also been silent on adding
| features which many would consider essential in today's world, such as
| IMAP support or the ability to view emails grouped by conversation
| instead of one at a time.
