Hello all,
I am having problems with both my "next" thumb-key (the one to
the far right according to the standard setting) and my cursor.
My BrailleNote (an Apex BT running Keysoft 9.2) seems to think
that the "next" thumb-key is being pressed when it's not. It
will click on links, move forward in lists or documents, and make
the beeping noise made when the end of a document has been
reached, etc, without being touched at all or appearing to be
physically stuck. Additionally, my cursor keeps jumping to a
particular cell (the eleventh). Can anyone explain why what I've
described might be happening or, more importantly, what I can do
to solve either or both of these problems?
