this is an interesting case. Try a reset with dots 1,2,3, if that doesn't work then reset with dots 4,5,6. Reset with dots 1,2,3 (F,D,S): Hold down the reset button, hold down dots 1,2,3, release the reset button while still holding down dots 1,2,3. When speech resumes, release dots 1,2,3 (F,D,S). Reset with dots 4,5,6 (J,K,L): Follow the same steps as dots 1,2,3, but substitute dots 1,2,3 with dots 4,5,6 (QT J,K,L). Hope this helps from Matthew Horspool E-mail me! Hi Everyone Right now my BrailleNote has completely crashed. I was deleting my email when the BrailleNote went so far then stopped working all together. I was just using the braille display without any speech. I have tried everything I can think of without success. I have tried to reset the machine, and although it gives the usual reset sounds, there is no braille display or speech coming up. I am hoping that someone can help me here.
