I do not remove appointments one they have happened, in fact, I have not
erased planner files since I got the BN, although as 2004 progresses I
may erase the 2001 file.

I not only keep appointments there but other notes, downtimes on the
computer at work with the duration so I can put it in a spreadsheet
later, my regularly scheduled pay day schedule so that I can check a
month or two or six in advance, notes on other items, never long notes,
usually never more than two per date.

I cancel appointments that have been canceled, but I don't remember
those past, occasionally I need to check that info for one reason or
another.

I do wish there were a way to put in recurrent appointments, and/or
notes, for example, payday isn't an appointment, however, I have to go
through the planner and enter it on its recurrent schedule, I know I get
paid every other week, but sometimes when planning for a trip or larger
purchase it helps me to check how close to payday I can begin the
process, and sometimes I need that information six months ahead of the
current date.

Subject: [Braillenote] KeyPlan

Hi all.

I'm back once again to do more market research so we can make sure that
what we do in the future meets your requirements.

This time I'd be grateful for your thoughts on KeyPlan, our planner
application in KeySoft.

Here are some things on which I'd like to get your feedback.

1. On average, how many appointments would you have in your Planner each
week?

2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you
retain the appointment as a form of record keeping?

3. Do you keep planners from previous years?

4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in
the Planner in future.

And finally, if you think you have an exceptionally busy planner, and
don't mind sharing it with us in the strictest confidence, please feel
free to forward your planner file to Dean Jackson at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] The more appointments you have, the better. If you
have multiple appointments every day for most days of the year, this is
the kind of Planner we'd love to see. Jonathan Mosen BrailleNote Product
