Dean, do you want this on the list or to your email personally? I will do this first reply on list, because maybe some others want to discuss planner topics also, but let me know if this is ok from now on or not. I have some appointments that I make and then delete but I have some that are ongoing. For example, I must go to my doctor and get a shot every 3 weeks. What I do is reschedule the appointment and reset the alarm. I am running 4.01 right now, but may be able to get an update later, I don't know when yet. I am using the classic motherboard for now also. What I would like to see in the appointment area of the planner, is a way to set up an appointment so that I don't have to go in and reschedule every time, but can have it alert me every 3 weeks for example. Also, how does one go about deleting planners from previous years? One problem I have noticed that maybe you can help with is this. When it comes close to the end of the year, I have a problem rescheduling things that start in the next year. For example, say I need to get my shot on the last friday of the current year, and I do that and then try to reschedule the next one, which would take place later in the next year (in this case, 2004. How do I get my appointment to go into the next year? I had an appointment that I tried to do that with last year, and the planner wouldn't let me go past the end of the current year. Maybe this is fixed in 5, but for now, could you help me and anyone else who might have this problem using 4.01 with a classic? thanks dean
