Hey Maria and list! Maria, are you really a sophomore in high school? You are an awesome writer; you are concise and you write using great grammar skills. You've helped lots of people on this list with answers to their questions. I'm impressed with your ability to help others through your clear, precise writing. You are also very thorough. Keep it up, girl!
I, too, had a Braille 'n Speak before purchasing my BrailleNote three years ago. I had used the BNS for ten years and was so excited to get the BrailleNote, particularly because of the Braille display. I rarely use the speech on the BN; I prefer to silently read using only the Braille display. However, I'm finding that the only time I use speech lately has been while using the GPS. Sometimes the messages scroll across the Braille display so fast that it's impossible to read them, and I can't seem to be able to review these messages using the thumbkeys. With a smile, Karen
