Hi again,

I tried pulling the shot with the cup on my mini electronic scale. I
am not used to this much crema and thought I might be overestimating
the weight in ounces of the shot. turns out I was only getting about
1.3 oz by weight in the 30 seconds. Thru several trials I got it down
to the following:

Illy (decaf) using a temp of 202f, 14.5g Illy (decaf) coffee beans, a
double filter basket in a bottomless portafilter and pulled ~2 ounces
of coffee in 35 seconds (I timed it again). Anyone have any thoughts
onthis flow rate...good or bad?? Coffee still tastes amazing with
remarkable crema.
