Ira thanks for the suggestion. I read about the Behmor thing, however
I still do not understand how it works, is it like a third party
firmware update to override the original factory firmware?

I have never ever used Programs A, B, C or D in my Behmor, I just
use 10 ounces of beans then press 1 pound setting, Profile 3 or 4 and
as soon as it starts roasting I maxed out the time to the limit. Any
idea what is the default Program in Prifiles 3 and 4 ??
Obviously I always end my roast about 3 or 4 minutes before the set
program. Am I doing it wrong?
I will definetely try your method !!!! and see how it goes. I live in
Texas.

In addition to that I have read you do know how to descale this
tank....... Is there any link with the instructions, just in case?

I am using 1/2 distilled water 1/2 Britta Pitcher water and it seems
to be working fine. However, a digital TDS is on my way...... :) I
am also using the original inline water tank softener filter. Any
suggestions? Water is pretty hard around here and I was used to
descal my Silvia every 2 months............

Thanks in advance,

Mario
