Hi, I have a few home roasters sitting in their original boxes because I live in an apartment and its WINTER in Wisconsin. I plan on trying to roast as soon as the weather lets up. At present I have the Behmor and the Nesco but will likely purchase the Hottop 'B' in the future to try em all!!!!!!! I REALLY love the Brewtus III-R. So far I was able to get great shots, at least what I think are great, with all the beans I've tried and almost no fushing with the settings. My preference is still for the Illy 'normale' roast...it appeals to my taste buds. I know some folks are not fond of Illy but I but direct from Illy so the dates are usually better than cans purchased through a vendor. I also use decaf (this could get me lynched) because I drink soooooo much per day. I have a Pasquini Lavietta in my office running ESE Pods that makes a decent shot but it can't compare to what I've been 'consistently' pulling with the Brewtus. I've really been floored by the level of crema....it almost fills the glass during the extraction......when it settles it reminds me of Guiness beer.
