Yeah backwards because we are closer to the North Pole and if I pour the
other way the milk doesn't swirl right. ;-)

Speaking of N. Pole, it was -35 degrees this morning and has been like this
for the last few days, madness. I would love to have some of your weather
right now Ben.

I have never noticed that you pour your rosettas backwards before.  I  
really like the end result and will have to master that technique.

I must say, however, that nothing compares to Portafilters of Fury.   
Especially with the mild Canadian accent.
