Hey Josh, Shaun uses the Gold Pro 2-hole tip, from 1st Line. I use an almost identical tip from Chris' Coffee, here:
http://www.chriscoffee.com/products/home/isomacparts/smalltwoholesteamtip The adapter for either one is this: http://www.chriscoffee.com/products/home/repairpartssection3/adaptor The adapter will feel tight at first, but once you've put tips on it a time or two, all your tips will work and no worries about screwing up the threads. Look up my posts (search "tip experiment") and you'll find lots of info.
