Ah yes, that's right.  

Do you mean one of the o-rings came apart?  They do tend to degrade from the 
heat.  I'm sure Chris' has new ones, or maybe your local hardware store.  Not 
sure if there's such a thing as "food-grade" o-rings, but probably.
