Hey JPaul, glad to hear it is going better. You might consider a new OPV, since you have a brand new pump anyway. It shouldn't have the odd behavior even at higher settings. I have gone as high as 11-12 bar on mine to experiment with shots (not a good result, by the way), and the system was still able to hold steady pressure.
