Thanks Dennis, appreciate the reply. Stupid question--the pressure stat controls pressure in the steam boiler, yes? Does it also control idle pressure in the brew boiler? Recognizing that the OPV or setting on the rotary pump controls brew pressure.
The black plastic seems to be what's leaking intermittently on mine--I'm pointing to the leak in the photo with my easter egg dipper, er, fancy grind stirrer and clump buster... Will get the new one ordered--do you happen to remember your part number?
