i'm looking at my spare presstat and therem are only wire id nos on it -
no p/n. the press regulator i use is grainger p/n 2A645. you will
need a gauge, too.

The black plastic seems to be what's leaking intermittently on

I found the leak, and posted a picture in another message. I had the same
failure you described, and added some silicon hose over the water line where it
rubs.

plastic line from the back boiler had cracked where it was rubbing on
the top edge of the boiler. There was an indentation in the
insulation and the plastic was rubbing on the sharp edge.
