hello kitt,

thank you very much for your verbose responses. i will take some time for me to do the test and respond to you, i don't think i can make that time today, hopefully tomorrow, certainly by monday.

with the exception of the styrofoam cup test. it isn't very commonly used here, and i don't want to order 1000 pieces of it, so i have to go around town and look for it. this might take some time.

but there is something else that i have noticed, something strange, and again maybe normal maybe an indication of a problem.

it is the steam boiler pressure. i have read in the whole latte love brewtus manual from this group that this boiler is at 1.2 bar. when i activate the boiler so that it start heating up, it ends at roughly 0.95 bar. the maximum pressure is always below 1 bar. and since these boilers interact, this could be a problem. unless they have changed it for the newer models, the manual is for an older model.

and like i wrote before, the temperature on my machine drops rather often and easily below the requested point, sometimes takes a minute or so to get back to normal. this could be related? since these two boilers interact.

it might be nothing, but i would like to hear what people think about this.

ps. i just looked at the whole latte love brewtus iv demonstration youtube video again, see if i could read the steam boiler pressure, and it is definitely higher than mine.

is there a way to adjust it to the right pressure? it might not solve my problem but it's worth a shot and it should be on the right pressure anyway.

all the best,
guido.
