Todd, I'm hoping you can help me. I received the PID kit, and the faceplate 
of the control unit is very scratched and has a big dent/ding in the 
display. In all honesty, it looks like a used part or something you'd get 
from a scratch and ding sale - not at all what I expected for the price. I 
contacted customer service Saturday around 1:00 ET. They requested a 
picture of the damage which I sent right away. It's now Tuesday and I've 
heard nothing - this is a long time to have my Brewtus out of service. I 
really don't want to end up in an endless customer service cycle. My order 
number is 1413150.  I'm would like to get a replacement part in time to 
work on my Brewtus this weekend. 

On a related note, is there a trick that might help in getting the 
temperature probe out of the boiler? So far it has refused to budge.
