Thank you Ira, I will try that out. I really appreciate your help. 

I've been in contact with Todd and he has also been very helpful in trying 
to diagnose the problem also. I probably should not have jumped to the 
conclusion that WLL was leaving me out to dry based on my experience with 
one person. I work in a similar industry and know first hand how a customer 
can become disenfranchised based on the actions of one person. WLL has a 
good man in Todd; hopefully they appreciate that. 

I will follow up with my findings.
