Just wanted to bring everybody up to speed. I ordered the switches on aug 28, WLL said they had them in stock and would ship them right out.A week goes past and nothing. I called them back and they had one digit off on my cc so they didn't ship, or call! I got the parts ordered and when they came in both switches were bad. I noticed my old limit switch had a hole in the top instead of a button so I used a paper clip to reset it, should have done that in the beginning, and everything has worked fine since then.I emailed WLL about the parts on 9/11 and didn't get a reply until the 14th. Maggie asked for a picture of the old limit switch and said it was very unusual to have 2 bad switches. I sent her the picture that day and didn't get a reply. I have sent 4 additional replies, each on a few days apart and still have not had a reply from WLL. I'm hoping Todd will see this and respond. Herman
