Thanks for the info. According to the controller it never goes beyond 96 and it's set for 94. I replaced the controller a few years ago and it shows the overshoot that the original didn't. I haven't had the steam relief or the one on the boiler pop. I know the steam is stopping where it's set but that would probably be more a function of the pressurestat anyway. I'll keep my eye on it though. I have it all on a timer. It comes on at 4 am and turns off at 8 pm. that way anytime I want to use it I have it available. Hopefully Todd will be able to tell whats wrong with the switches I am returning. I knew that if I tied the two wires together everything heat up so my old switch could still be "frozen" closed.
