You could have a relay that is stuck. It sounds like the pid is working if
it stopped blinking at 200. At least if that's what it's set at. You could
check the relay first by tapping it to see if the temp quits rising. You
could use a meter to see if it is still getting power from the controller
after it reaches 200. it shouldn't be. I'm not at home, and I don't have a
wiring diagram, so this is all guesswork on my part. It's been a while
since I did the conversion on mine to a pid but I think the 4 comes with a
pid. Hang in there I'm sure Todd will jump in and give you a hand. Let us
know what you find.
