Two points: 1. your note, which is not about a new Brewtus, should be in a thread topic you create ... such as “My Shots Have Turned Bitter”; it should not be in an existing unrelated thread.
2. your pressure of 13 Bar is wayyyy too high.... consider adjusting it to approximately 9.25 and see if that fixes your problem.
