I have an office leva rather than a B2, but perhaps I can get some advice. For some reason, my shots have become bitter and unenjoyable compared to when the unit was more new. The water temperature supplied seems to be about 198-202 degrees and pressure supplied to the portafilter measures at 13 bar. I have tried several quality coffees, but none seem to taste like a quality shot. I wonder if anyone has any ideas.
