I figured I would update you guys - for the sake of interest. One problem I found with the help of Tracy at WLL was that my machine was apparently shipped to me with the polarity reversed at the power switch. After swapping the black/white hot/common line at the power switch I was finally getting the correct voltage readings and my pstat was switching as should.
However, when i did that swap and turned it on I heard a loud pop - smelled electrical burning but have not figured out what shorted yet. pump works, solenoid works, meters and switch works - both heating elements work .... kind of.... my steam boiler will heat up and get to pressure but it's taking a very long time - ~60 minutes from cold at least. I need to check that element to see if I killed it. On Sun, Jun 21, 2020 at 1:33 PM triplereef . <[email protected]> wrote: > Well i'm stumped now.
