AP is reporting that there are 23,000 ballots in Palm Beach County that
recorded *no* vote for anyone for president in the computer scans. This is
one of the counties being recounted by hand to check for ballots in which a
hole has not been completely punched out, which would cause the computer to
read no vote.
This is unrelated to the double-punched ballots that were disqualified -- I
am thinking these would be legal votes that just weren't readable by the
scanners.
This is clearly not over yet.
