Ah, the old list stats!
Dang, I've moved down to 16. Last I looked I was somewhere around
14-15. And with the rate Jeroen's going, I could be deposed within
weeks. After all, every time John posts, Jeroen has to respond and
vice-versa.
Marvin, Doug, as my closest competitors, perhaps we should work out a
similar arrangement lest these....upstarts.....keep their ill gotten
gains.
OK, I'll start. The age old debate: which would win, the USS
Enterprise-D, or an Imperial Star Destroyer? I mean, the star
destroyer is bigger, but it doesn't have any shields to speak of, nor
any photon torpedoes. Enterprise wins hands down.
OK, protocol says that Marvin posts a disagreement, Doug disagrees with
that disagreement, I disagree with Doug's disagreement, and onward to
the top! Now that Vera and Andrea are pretty much retired, we can at
least bump ourselves into the top ten.
Oh, anyone know why Nicola had to drop out? I miss having another
biologist on the list. Wasn't he going to school? Did he graduate and
lose his free internet connection? How many of the top posters are
still subscribed?
