My name is on a petition to the international war tribunal to do just
that.

They're trying, but they're being protected by their communities.

Simply put, it WAS what they wanted. They DELBERATELY
quibbled over minor points and killed it. Arafat did not feel that he
could keep his people under control, so he refused peace.

I also signed the petition to strip Arafat of his nobel piece prize.
Arafat, I remind you, was and is an admitted terrosist.
