Well, at least you haven't been bedridden with the Klingon Death Flu for 
the past few days, then gotten up to find that your ISP is having problems 
that won't let you log in except on their so-called "toll-free" number 
(which costs 10� per minute) and after multiple calls during which you 
spend lengthy periods in "helpful" voice menus you are told they apparently 
have no idea what the problem is or when it will be fixed . . .
