We have already been over this, John. I did not try to drive anyone away.

Thanks for the effort, but I am not GWB; I can write my own speeches.

Been there, done that.

No, I said I would be more than happy to say something nice about Israel --
as soon as I *find* something nice to say about Israel. The second half of
that sentence clearly indicates a willingness to say something nice about
Israel.

I accept that there might very well be nice things to be said about Israel;
I just have not found them yet. But the fact that I have not found them yet
does not mean it is impossible to find something nice to say about Israel.

I have never found a suitcase full of money either, but who knows...

I actually *have* said nice things about America. And would an
anti-American want to visit America some day, and then would like to visit
some of the Americans he knows? (I met one earlier this year, and he was
quite a nice guy.) FYI, I consider some of those Americans to be dear friends.

Following your logic, I am also anti-penguin because on this list I have
never said any good things about penguins... :-)

How much are you willing to bet on that?

I did not want him to leave. But we have been over that before.

Nope. I will restrain myself here, and not say what I think about your for
even suggesting this.

Good to see you writing something nice about me for a change. :-)

Jeroen
