I know. But the problem as I see it, is that as soon as you put up rules, you
also give someone certain rights and the power to use it. Where as the informal
way we have been handeling crisis situations until now, leaves room for debate
and flexibility depending on what the listmembers feel is apropriate. This is
especially good because the list community varies over time.
