Only if you assume that post-Singularity beings will lose interest in the real universe. If even one post-Singularity species or individual stays interested in exploring real space, maybe as a hobby :-), then it would be pretty trivial (and cheap) to create replicators to spread throughout the galaxy over hundreds of thousands of years, looking for something interesting to explore.
