Letting Arabs into the country does not mean Israel can no longer consider 
itself a Jewish homeland. An increasing number of people in The Netherlands 
are of non-Dutch origin, but that does not stop the Dutch from considering 
themselves Dutch. As more foreigners entered my country, The Netherlands 
did not at some point cease to exist.

You seem to be suggesting that Israel should be a country where only Jews 
would be allowed to live. IOW, Israel should be Lebensraum for their 
people, and their people only. Sounds vaguely familiar...
