Yeah, its hard for me to imagine being responsible for children at this
stage of my life, being single, recovering from my college debts, and
living in a one-bedroom in DC. Suffice to say that I'm currently not
elgible to participate in such a program. :)
I think, though, that ti would definitely interest me.
