<< The only reason it gets all that media attention from around the world is
because the targets are *Jewish* targets. If those attacks had been against,
say, some Baptist churches, it would probably only have been mentioned in a
three-line article on page 27 or so of some major newspaper. On CNN, it would
probably go something like "President Bush met with Russian president Putin
to <yadda yadda yadda -- long story>. In Europe, a few Baptist churches were
burned down by protesters. And now, the weather." >>

Nobody ever created an entire government whose sole purpose for existence was
to murder every single Baptist on the planet. Jews are still under threat
around the world, simply for being Jews. You can't say that about Baptists.

And, in fact, when various Black churches in the American South were under
attack a few years ago (there was a series of bombings and burnings), it did
get nationwide news attention. Muslims in India are under attack by Hindus;
does Europe care? Does Europe even notice?

You have to stand up to evil, not accommodate it. If enough Europeans would
say, "If there is no freedom for Jews, there is no freedom for any of us,"
the terrorists would turn tail and flee. Asking Jews (or anybody) to bear the
sole risk entirely on their own is chickenshit, craven cowardice. The Danish
king did not wear a Star of David during WW II; if he had, if everyone had,
the Holocaust would not have taken place.

The terrorists are targeting Jews today; they'll be after you, and you, and
you next. Don't say you weren't warned.
