Yes, you are very correct, there were several hundred furriners at the WTC
that day and a couple hundred of them died.

But for the purpose of argument, we were responsible in some small way for
their safety, and we will claim them statisticly as Americans when speaking
in the broadest terms. We dont tend to exclude furriners just because of an
accident of birth. <G>
