I stand corrected.  Somewhat.  Put it this way, if we don't attack Iraq it won't 
hurt Bush's reelection bid very much (and depending on how it plays out it might 
be better for him not to), but if the price of oil increases substantially, 
stalling the economic recovery for a year or two, Bush can start circulating his 
resume.
