Jeroen has made arguments to this effect before, and apparently it
hasn't convinced everyone. In other words, people don't believe him.

My conclusion, and I may be wrong, is that some folks don't trust
Jeroen.

If I am right, can anyone who doesn't trust Jeroen attempt some sort of
explanation as to why this is? Or at the very least, confirm their
distrust of Jeroen?

Is there anything Jeroen can do to earn back the trust of anyone who
does not now trust him?

If I'm wrong on the trust issue, why is it that Jeroen's assurances
don't seem to be convincing some folks?
