I cannot stop you from creating such a list, but I do not believe it would be useful. Anything that happens on this list is by definition relevant to this list and should therefore be discussed on this list and not somewhere else. If you set up a list where the Etiquette Guidelines (or something similar to it) do not apply, it will degenerate into Flamewar-L within a couple of days. If you want to discuss the topic, do it right here and practice restraint when writing a post.
