Its the system that takes up the most room in any building. HVAC ducts are
usually quite large and involve multiple independent systems for different
floors and/or Fire Zones.

But those systems are all for the building the worlds population is living
in! You are talking about a greater level of difficulty and a greater
likelyhood of failure by moving them ahhhhhhhh........offsite.
