Who could disagree with most of what he is saying? But why not keep working with our allies and the U.N. and keep the pressure on Hussain while continuing to support internal dissent. Actively seeking a peaceful solution has the potential of reaping all or most of the benefits of an immediate, preemptive attack and avoids the serious problems mentioned along with a few more I can think of including not having to rebuild the Iraqi infrastructure after it is destroyed and the good will of the international community.
Maybe I'm too cyncical....
