It uses the configure stuff that you proposed but avoids touching
hotspot (as suggested by Erik) and uses INCLUDE_SA as suggested by David
(though I am far from sure where to set it properly).
Any comments or suggestions?
I know it's not always obvious where things belong but I would put the
INCLUDE_SA logic in jdk-options.m4 somewhere close after the JVM_VARIANT
variables have been assigned.
The rest looks good.
