I don't know whether the group with Hun Sen opposd the genocide.
As far as I know, those people went to Vietnam because they were about
to be arrested.
We really don't know today whether Hun Sen and Heng Samrin were not
participated in the killings.

If they opposed anything in Khmer Rouge regime, they would have gone,
not just the genocide.
