Neang Eng <https://www.facebook.com/neangeng> កាលពីពួកខ្ញុំធ្វើទេសចរទៅលេងស្រុកចិន នាឆ្នាំ២០១១ Guide បាននិទានប្រាប់អំពីប្រវត្តិនំចាខ្វៃនេះ។ ដើមហេតុគឺបណ្តាលមកពីប្រពន្ធមន្ត្រីម្នាក់ ដោយច្រណែនឈ្នានិសនឹងំមេទ័ពមួយរូបដែលមានស្វាមីភក្តិចំពោះស្តេចផែនដីហើយត្រូវស្តេចនោះស្រលាញ់ជាខ្លាំង ក៏ចាក់រុកប្តីឱយនិយាយមួលបង្កាច់មេទ័ពនោះដែលកំពុងចេញច្បាំង ថាមេទ័ពនោះក្បត់ស្តេច។ពេលនោះស្តេចក៏បញ្ជាឱយគេយកមេទ័ពនោះទៅសម្លាប់ទៅ។ ក្រោយមកពេលស្តេចបានដឹងការពិត ក៏បញ្ជាឱយគេយកប្តីប្រពន្ធទាំង២នាក់នេះទៅសម្លាប់ចោល។ គេក៏បង្កើតនំចាខ្វៃនេះជាតំណាងចងផ្អោបប្តីប្រពន្ធយកទៅបង់ខ្លាញ់ ដើម្បីកុំឱយប្រជាជនយកតម្រាប់តាម៕ នៅស្រុកចិនគេបានធ្វើរូបសំណាកប្រុស១ស្រី១អង្គុយលុតជង្គង់ដោយដៃចងស្លាបសេក។ ប៉ុន្តែគេដាក់បម្រាមហាមស្តោះទឹកមាត់លើរូបសំណាកនោះ។ ខ្ញុំបានឃើញប្រជាជនចិនខ្លះបានយកដៃខោកក្បាល ខ្លះយកឆ័ត្រវាយ..ប្រហែលជាពួកគេក្តៅក្រហាយខឹងខ្លាំងហើយមើលទៅ
