Interesting. I mounted as stepper in such a way as to be on a plate that had curved slots in it and used a 1/4 inch bolt as the hinge. If you are doing this on a rotary you are fine. But if you are doing it by hand, those lines will look awfully out of alignment. >From some printers I have idlers on bearings on a single plate, not a square. Two holes, one slotted the other as the hinge. I didn't see a post indicating the belt size you were looking for ?
