I think a XP Union would make more sense. Most economists say Unions are bad. I still don't know if that is true or not. I don't know if unions could survive like they did long past with this global economy.
Funny, that made me think of a author interviewed on Lou Dobbs (he doesn't seem to like offshoring) about the Global Economy. He states that the global economy is bogus and that this has happened many times in the past and will fade away again.
