Scruffy boats sure, likewise boats in mid restore or fitting out or 
whatever. It's a matter of balance again. When I used the term 
mouldering boats, I was thinking of those which are clearly on the edge 
of complete collapse, or are kept afloat by the bank. I can think of 
one on the Coventry which has been hanging from a tree by its stern 
line for the last year at least.
