NO I don't expect BW to put in rings. We carry  mooring spikes and have used 
them long before the 'I must tie to a ring brigade'. Why tie up and have 
engines pumping smelly diesel into your boat? People so busy watching T.V. 
they can't be bothered to talk. I know Julian likes rings and I can see the 
problems with mooring a barge with mooring spikes.
